WE Airsoft, a Hong Kong airsoft brand and wholesaler, ran its entire sales operation on manual Excel: stock levels, customer records, quotations and invoices in scattered spreadsheets, re-keyed by hand with no single view of inventory or the sales pipeline.

DISCOVERIES (Solutions)

PROFEX moved the whole order-to-cash flow onto Odoo ERP, a live product catalogue with real-time stock, a shared customer database, and quotation → sales order → invoice with no re-keying. Wholesale pricing in HK$, with export invoicing for overseas distributors.
